Privacy
Policy.
Last Updated: October 2023. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled securely and transparently.
01 Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact our support team. This ensures we can provide the highest quality financial services in compliance with Swiss regulations.
Personal Identification
Legal name, email, physical address, and ID for KYC.
Financial Data
Transaction history, billing details, and source of funds.
02 How We Use Information
Your information is used strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services, and to comply with legal obligations under Swiss financial law. This includes processing transactions, managing your account, and conducting anti-money laundering (AML) checks.
05 Data Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers located in Switzerland. We employ industry-standard TLS encryption for all data transmissions and maintain strict physical and electronic safeguards.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with Swiss statutory retention periods (typically 10 years for financial records).
06 Your Privacy Rights
Under Swiss data protection laws and the GDPR (where applicable), you have significant control over your data:
07 Content, Brand & Rights Complaints
If you are a bank, financial institution, business or individual and you believe that anything published on this website — a name, logo, trademark, photograph, illustration, product description or wording — belongs to you, or is being used without your permission, please contact our customer care team. We will look into it.
How to raise a claim
Write to customer care and tell us what you are claiming and where it appears. Including the details below lets us act on your first message instead of writing back for more information:
- The exact page address (URL) where the material appears.
- A description of the material itself — which image, which words, which mark.
- What right you are asserting, and evidence of it where you have it — a trademark registration number, a copyright record, or a link to your own published use.
- Your name, organisation, and your authority to act for the rights holder.
- A contact address we can reply to.
What happens next
We acknowledge every claim we receive. A member of the customer care team reviews it and responds with our findings. Where a claim appears well founded, we may remove or replace the material while the review is still open — taking that step is not an admission of liability, and equally, leaving material in place while we check the facts is not a rejection of your claim.
Raising a complaint here does not limit any other remedy available to you, and nothing on this page is legal advice. If you would rather send a formal notice through your own legal representatives, customer care will put you in contact with the right people.
